But they need support to take that next, big step. Our year-long Fellowship programme empowers all our Finalists to explore ways of achieving their ambitions to repair the planet.
Every year, our latest cohort of Finalists take part in the year-long Fellowship programme, designed to empower them to breakthrough to scale.
We bring together world-leading minds for events and conversations that give our Finalists the tailored support they need to make their solutions thrive.
From masterclasses and coaching to workshops and funding opportunities, the Fellowship prepares our Finalists to take their next big step. This year, it also included a five-day retreat in Cape Town in the week leading up to The Earthshot Prize Awards.
There is no such thing as an overnight success.
Taking a solution to scale is a leadership challenge, an operational challenge, a financial challenge and a storytelling challenge. Finalists need to be able to overcome all of these to grow, but often, without support, projects can fail because they can’t tackle one or more.
In partnership with the global design firm, IDEO, and supported by our Global Alliance of Partners, Coaches, Advisors and Mentors, we designed the Fellowship to help Finalists overcome all these challenges.
Our goal is to turn every Finalist into a global leader of the future, catapult them to the top of newsfeeds, and see their solutions change the world for good.

We equip our Finalists with the teaching and technical assistance needed to lead their organisations to scale. We focus on three key areas:
Leadership
We equip Finalists with the tools, skills and confidence they need to lead their organisations to scale. For the leaders, we provide support from experts, coaches and advisors tailored to each Finalist’s needs.
Growth
We turbocharge Finalists’ growth by catalysing funding, partnerships, and customer deals. We also help them identify what sort of organisation they are and how they can build a sustainable business model for growth.
Spotlighting
We shine a global spotlight on their solutions through films, speaking engagements, press features, and high-impact events, giving them the visibility they need to succeed. But this isn’t a skillset that everyone has: we bring in training and support to help our Finalists go beyond their limits.

Every bold vision needs a clear way forward – a game-changing plan to unlock the next level of growth. We call our Finalists’ plans LEAPs: tailored, ambitious growth initiatives to help Finalists leap ahead in scale and impact.

Our Finalists get access to powerful networking opportunities at three of the biggest events in environmentalism: Earthshot Week, London Climate Action Week, and New York Climate Week. These gatherings open doors to influential partners, funders, and thought leaders, expanding their global reach.
Launchpad for Impact
Every solution we see (not only the Finalists) gets profiled on our exclusive Launchpad investor platform, designed to attract funding. We also provide hands-on support with investor introductions, ensuring they have the resources needed to scale.
Global Spotlight
To really scale, our Finalists need to be seen by the world. Through curated speaking opportunities, media exposure, and storytelling content, we put them on the global stage.
