As we reach the halfway mark in the most decisive decade for our planet, our mission to spread urgent optimism and drive action has never been more relevant and important.
Our cause, to protect and restore the natural world, is urgent and it becomes more urgent with every day that passes. Yet, through our work we see signals that change is possible. Across the world, extraordinary innovators and leaders are proving that bold, breakthrough solutions are not only possible, they’re already making a difference. This is why remain optimistic and relentlessly focused on action.
Today, we must not be paralysed by the scale of this challenge. We must come together to achieve our goals.
That’s why this year’s London Climate Action Week matters more than ever. And The Earthshot Prize will be right at the heart of it, drawing on our unique convening power and incredible community to turn promise into progress.
Through collaboration with world leaders, innovators, investors and of course our Finalists, we’re driving forward action to repair and regenerate our planet.
Here’s how we’re showing up at LCAW 2025.
During the week, our Finalists will have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and showcase their work. Through curated media moments, networking sessions and direct conversations with potential partners and funders, they will have meaningful opportunities to expand and develop their solutions.
We’ll be helping to champion their stories and shine a light on the bold solutions they’re bringing to life.
Another important moment in our week will be when we host Investing for Impact, a landmark summit at the City of London’s Guildhall.
This event will connect our Finalists directly with investors, from venture capitalists to major asset managers, who can help scale their solutions and accelerate their impact even further.
Alongside our partners we’ll also be taking part in a series of thought-provoking roundtables:
LCAW is also a time to look ahead to The Earthshot Prize 2025 in Rio de Janeiro this November. As we prepare to bring the Prize to South America for the first time, we’ll be taking the opportunity to meet with Brazilian leaders in London to explore how we can inspire lasting impact across the region.
It’s a privilege to stand alongside our inspiring Finalists and dedicated global partners as part of LCAW 2025. This is a moment to engage, connect and be part of the conversation.
