Our Winners and Finalists have incredible plans to help repair our planet, but they can face challenges scaling their solutions at the speed needed to make the urgent impact required.

With expert support from our Global Alliance partners, we help them to explore ways to achieve their crucial ambitions.

The Fellowship Programme

In 2022, we formally launched our Earthshot Prize Fellowship in partnership with IDEO. This nine-month programme aims to help all our Finalists supercharge their growth by unlocking new financial, networking and partnership opportunities.

All 15 incredible innovators from the current year’s cohort take part in the programme, which, for the first time this year, includes a week-long in-person retreat that provides the perfect opportunity to collaborate and share their ideas for growth.

Throughout the Fellowship, specialist coaching and support is provided by organisations from our Global Alliance of expert businesses, NGOs and philanthropists to aid our Finalists on their journey towards making a transformational impact.

 

The Fellowship has three main goals:

2023 Fellowship Retreat

The first-ever Fellowship Retreat took place in Windsor, UK in January 2023 with representatives from all fifteen of 2022’s Finalists attending for a week of coaching, networking and collaboration.
